Project sales
We have created an incentive for all of us to get started with the associations. Therefore, the first shares in each of the associations below are priced as project sales shares. This means that the first units can be purchased at a reduced price with a gain of more than 15.0% on the units, resulting in a positive investment even before moving in.
A minimum of 7 units are subscribed as project sales in each association. Once these have been subscribed and the property found, the association is founded. The remaining units can subsequently be purchased at the ordinary price by new or existing unit holders. CASA12 guarantees the last units and their finances until they are sold. This means that a unit holder is only liable for their own expenses and will never be liable for anyone other than themselves. The subscription period for project sales runs 4-10 months. In the event that not enough units have been subscribed by the end of the period, the amount paid will be refunded or transferred to another project, depending on your wishes.
