Do you want to secure a share in one of our associations? Then you probably don’t have to wait too long. There are only 12 ownership shares in each home. 7-9 shares are sold during the project phase, so when the home is ready for sale, there are only 3-5 shares left at full price.
 
A project share in, for example, Casa Amore can be purchased for 142,500 DKK, and with a price for operating costs of only 595 DKK/month. a week’s vacation (with 6 weeks of vacation per year) costs from only 297.50 DKK per person. To this must be added final cleaning and consumption of electricity/water. It must be said to be Denmark’s cheapest vacation.
 
Buy during the project phase.
We have created a concept where we can get started well and faster with new associations. Therefore, the first shares in each new association are priced as project sales shares. This means that the first shares can be purchased at a reduced price and with an expected financial return of at least 15% when sold after the home is completed. This also provides the opportunity to acquire a share at a reduced price even before moving in.
Please note that operating costs must only be paid from the time the home is taken into use.
A minimum of 7 shares are subscribed for as project sales in each association. Once these have been subscribed for and the home has been found, the association is established. The last shares are subsequently sold at the regular price. CASA12 guarantees the last shares and their finances until these have been sold. This means that a shareholder is only liable for their own expenses and can never be liable for anyone other than themselves.
 
Subscription period for project sales.
The subscription period runs up to 10 months. Project sales are only offered in phases 1 and 2 and are concluded when the first 7-9 shares have been sold. If not enough shares have been subscribed at the end of the period, the amount paid will be refunded 100%, or the investment will be transferred to another project, depending on your wishes.
 
The remaining 3-5 shares will be put up for sale as soon as CASA12 has purchased the home and is starting the actual planning and execution of the renovation and interior design – what we call phases 3 and 4 (see examples further down the page).
 
In phase 3 and onwards, the buyer knows the exact location, size, etc. of the home, and therefore the home is now sold at full price. A video of the home and brochure can be viewed by clicking on the link under the individual homes for sale.
