How CASA12 makes money

Establishment

We receive a fee for establishing the association – then finding, buying, renovating and furnishing the property. The fee is included in the price of the shares in the associations and therefore does not require additional payment. Our fees are clearly described in the agreement for each association, ensuring full transparency.

Administration

Once the homes are in operation, we charge an administration fee, which is included in the common costs. Associations are tied to us for three years after the foundation, after which the cooperation agreement can be terminated. We work hard to ensure that no association wants to end the collaboration.

Resale

When reselling homes, we receive an administration fee for integrating the new owner into the association’s documents. If we handle the sale, we charge a separate fee for this service.
