How can we get involved?

Once you have read enough to feel comfortable with us, the concept, and perhaps have received and read the project for the association you find most suitable, it’s time to contact us to arrange a meeting.

We believe it is important that we get families on board who can identify with our values and who we can see will be a suitable match. Therefore, we would like to meet over a cup of coffee, either physically or online.

When we unite 12 different families in the best sense of the word in joint ownership of a holiday home over a longer period of time, it is of course of great importance to ensure harmonious coexistence, especially when the families do not know each other beforehand. This is ensured through our house rules, which carefully describe guidelines for the use of the property and which we as the administrator ensure that each owner follows.

We strive to only include families that we feel will be able to join the community and treat the shared property with mutual respect. It is not a requirement that members must interact extensively with each other, but a basic understanding of and adaptability to the nature of the community is necessary. This ensures a pleasant and conflict-free coexistence for all parties when sharing a vacation home.

A thorough selection process is essential, not only for current harmony, but also for future resale value. Potential buyers will be evaluating who the other 11 families are and the functioning of the condo association in general.

The coffee meeting gives you a clear basis for making a decision. If you decide to proceed, you will receive an agreement to review and sign. You will then be invited to a founding meeting with the other 11 families.

Families enter a CASA12 association by purchasing one or more shares in one of our projects. The project describes in detail the home you will co-own, as well as the price and monthly payment for the common costs of the ownership share. The exact description and housing is not yet known at this time.

You can also buy into a finished home after the project is complete. If you buy the share at this point, the home will typically be 15% more expensive than if you buy it at the project stage, but on the other hand, you can view the home before purchase and get it almost immediately.

In a CASA12 association, you become co-owners of a vacation home in Italy. You share ownership with up to 11 other families, with whom you share all expenses and use of the property. CASA12 has no ownership interest in the properties or in the associations. The associations are all 100% independent.

From here, you will only have to enjoy your vacation home for many years to come, while your investment will most likely increase year by year, and enjoy having Denmark’s cheapest and best vacation spot. Have a great vacation!
