Here we present our new CASA12 associations that are open for entry.

For each newly established CASA12 association, we open a project sale. This project sale gives you the opportunity to get a detailed insight into the future structure of the association, as well as the property you will have the opportunity to co-own, including the desired location. We have not yet purchased the property, but concrete options are already under consideration.

In addition, we offer further information about the available associations at information meetings, at trade fairs or informally at your home over a cup of coffee.

The association is formally formed when 7-9 families have signed a project sale and paid the share price specified in the association.

Expect the home to be ready for use within 5-12 months after the association is founded and the project is underway.

An extra gain

Project sales

We’ve created an incentive to get us all off to a good start with the associations. Therefore, the first min. 7 out of the 12 units in each association will be priced as Project Sales. This means that the price is reduced by 13.5% compared to the share price of the finished project. The price thus becomes a positive investment or a cheaper home even before moving in.

A maximum of 9 units are subscribed as Project Sales in each association. Once these are subscribed, the association is founded and the apartment/house/villa/mansion is purchased. The remaining units can subsequently be purchased at the ordinary unit price by new or existing unit holders. The subscription period for Project Sale runs for 6 months. The buyer pays for the share upon signing. The money is deposited in an escrow account in our bank and can only be invested by CASA12 when all min. 7 shares have been sold and paid in. In the event that no min. 7 units by the end of the period, the amount paid in will be returned 100%.

The money is deposited in an escrow account in our bank and can only be invested by CASA12 once all units have been sold and all payments have been made. In the event that no min. 7 units at the end of the period, the amount paid in will be returned 100% without deductions.
