It’s quite simple. We bring together min. 7 families who all have a dream of a vacation home in Italy.

We then purchase, refurbish and furnish a holiday home in a carefully selected destination within a carefully defined framework of location, price and interior design for each property type.

When the home is completed and ready for occupancy, the home is handed over to the owners, and at the same time we find the last families so that the owners’ association consists of 12 families. We then act as the association’s administrators.
